Exception from the Crown Mandate

The Crown Mandate, one of the founding documents of the empire, states that no commissioned officer shall be permitted to carry a primary arm, including a rifle or submachine gun. As the primary guardians of the President and Vice President, the Capitol Police is entrusted with the security of the highest diplomats in the country, necessitating enhanced firepower and preparedness. The Capitol Police have a special faction within the server that has the same name and is the sole unique faction for guarding units within the state. The uniforms of the Capitol Police have changed over the past, previously wearing suits and Interior Ministry uniforms.
