PART 1.2 — IMPLEMENTING REGULATIONS FOR THE MEMORANDUM ON THE TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY § 1.2.1 Reference.

The provisions herein implement the Memorandum on the Transfer of Authority.

§ 1.2.2 Divisions of Responsibility.

(a) The Hand of the Emperor shall be responsible for:

(1) Acting as liaison between the Imperial Government and the Crown; and
(2) Oversight of Royal possessions.

(b) The Prince Regent shall be responsible for:

(1) Handling the correspondence of the Emperor; and
(2) Managing the personal affairs of the Emperor.

(c) The Royal Treasurer shall oversee:

(1) The Royal Printing Office;
(2) The Royal Treasury; and
(3) The Royal Collection of Art.

(d) The Royal Herald and Order Marshal shall oversee:

(1) The General Order Commission.

(e) The Plenipotentiary of War shall oversee:

(1) The Military Cabinet of the Emperor and King.
