The Capitulation of the Austria State
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with the ministry, played a crucial role in negotiating the capitulation of the Austrian State. Following these negotiations, The Law for the Capitulation of the Austrian State was passed in cabinet, leading to the establishment of the Archduchy of Austria and the formation of a new civil government for the Austrian Duchy.
