This ranges even beyond that by being given Civil Policing Authority as stated within the Imperial Crown Mandate. Minister of War

Archduke Leopold Dreyfus 08.1940-

Leopold Dreyfus, a figure of formidable talent and unwavering dedication, ascended to prominence in the German Empire through his exceptional leadership in military strategy, justice reform, and domestic security. Born into a family esteemed for its legacy of public service and military prowess, Dreyfus's early years were steeped in the values of duty, honor, and service to the nation.

Educated in the distinguished academies of military strategy and law, Dreyfus quickly distinguished himself as a prodigious intellect and a visionary leader. His early career flourished within the ranks of the Luftwaffe, where he rose to the position of Chief der Luftwaffe. Under his command, the German air force experienced a period of innovation and expansion, marked by advancements in aerial tactics, technology, and operational efficiency. Dreyfus's strategic foresight and meticulous planning solidified the Luftwaffe's reputation as a formidable force capable of defending the empire's skies with unparalleled precision and effectiveness.
