Kaiserliche Arbeitergilde
Introduction
The Kaiserliche Arbeitergilde (KAG) is the principal labor organization within the Empire, functioning as a central hub for both economic activity and workforce management. As the main labor group, it oversees the regulation, organization, and facilitation of labor across various sectors of the economy. Citizens of the Empire who wish to engage in entrepreneurial ventures must apply to the command staff of the KAG to receive an official business identification (ID), a crucial step in legitimizing and formalizing their operations. Once granted their ID, these citizens are authorized to establish their own businesses and recruit workers, effectively contributing to the empire’s economy through the creation of jobs and services.
Composition and Organization
From top to bottom, the KAGs chain of command consists of:
- Chief of the KAG
- KAG Command Staff
- Business Owners
- Business Workers
How to Join
In order to join first you must be German born and second you must be a member of the party. After completing the first task, you need to contact the KAG President or optionally fill out a Google form that can be found in the Party Administration Discord. After filling out the form, the KAG ID should be issued soon enough.
