Legend
- For majority of the time common sense applies. Do not try to look for loopholes in the rules.
- If you are unsure if something is allowed or not (it probably isn't if you have to ask), feel free to ask an Administrator.
- Not all rules are listed here, it would be impossible for us to list every scenario or example. This will be updated as new precedent needs to be set. Staff have final say. If you are told to stop or not do something, do as you are told or risk punishment.
- These rules are subject to change as the server evolves and new updates come out.
- We highly recommend you record situations in order to cover your bases when roleplaying and following server rules. Understand that staff cannot act upon an alleged rule break without concrete evidence or having witnessed it themselves, they will often have to ask for evidence or check logs, 'witnesses' are non admissible. Harassing our staff team will not change this requirement.
- The concept of 'down time' or 'low player hours' does not exist. We have a plethora of players from all different time zones who want to experience the server as is. The rules are enforced 24/7, being online when less players are on does not give you permission to break server rules.

General Rules
- You must roleplay seriously. This includes having a detailed and serious description, using the correct types of chat, and putting effort into creating detailed actions with /me. Anything that you say in mic or chat/do in-game actually happens in roleplay. Lastly, do not RDM/VDM/Minge/Metagame/FailRP.
- You must have a valid RP reason to kill someone. You may shoot someone if they damage you with a weapon/vehicle. You may not shoot someone because of their physical appearance, faction or simply because they insulted you. You must give someone a verbal or text warning and allow them 10 seconds to respond before escalating the roleplay. Following this warning, you may kill them if they pull out a weapon. Do not bait someone to shoot/RDM you, and do not punch minge or initiate arguments to harass someone.
- An NLR kill is only put into effect during an active gunfight that has been initiated within RP guidelines, or at the decision of a player whilst executing a PK in order to remove them as a witness, though this should not always be their immediate first course of action. NLR killing is not considered RDM as long as the reason to NLR them is deemed to be appropriate, refer to rule 4 for NLR times. You may not PK an individual for the sole purpose of NLR.
- The New Life Rule only applies to individual(s) who are killed, this means that any witnesses or perpetrators to your character's death still have the memory of the actions/crimes you committed. When you have been placed under the effect of NLR, you will immediately forget anyone who you have interacted with, or any information in which you received or witnessed within that past 15 minutes. Any information gained outside of that 15 minute NLR window will be considered in-character.
- You cannot roleplay as a psychopath, hitman, serial killer or any role that strictly involves killing other players. Any killing(s) done as a result of this kind of roleplay will be considered RDM.
- Upon the death of your character, you must observe the "New Life Rule". This rule states that you must forget all events that happened and all characters you've met in the 15 minutes prior to your death. You may return to the location you died, although you cannot engage with the person who killed you or their associates for 15 minutes after your death. This does NOT apply if you were RDM’d.
- You must always value your own life through FearRP. Failure to abide by FearRP can result in your character being permanently killed.
- Any type of spam is not accepted. This includes, but is not limited to: chat spam, prop spam and voice spam.
- Do not impersonate any member of the community outside of roleplay. You may pretend to be someone else's character with good reason. Do not lie to staff members to gain any form of an advantage, as this can lead to a permanent ban.
- Respect all players when communicating outside of roleplay. You can be angry at someone, but if you harass or bully them you are breaking this rule.
- Avoidance of roleplay is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to; stalling roleplay, switching characters, and disconnecting from the server.
- Your character’s physical description should describe your appearance. No personality descriptions like "Schizophrenic". No biographic descriptions or lists of personally-made ranks and titles. (i.e. “King of Holland”)
- Abusing your character's faction to destroy roleplay for others is not allowed. An example of this would be arresting someone and leaving them in a cell without contact for hours.
- You must avoid disrupting any RP situation for any out of character reasons. In addition, attempting to directly interrupt player led or staff approved events can result in a possible blacklist from future events or a ban from the server.
- If you fail to use proper grammar and spelling when typing within roleplay chat, it may be considered FailRP.
- Your character's name should be based on the time period as well as the country of your character’s origin. No famous/historical names, this includes out of character (i.e. Kanye West) and in-character names (i.e. Joseph Goebbels).
- If you are mugging a person for their items, and they give you the items requested, you cannot kill them. You can not mug someone for more than 500RM. You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in RP. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under FearRP' in front of an NPC.
- Contact between your own characters in any shape or form is forbidden. Additionally, you may not transfer items or currency between your own characters. This can lead to any characters being permanently killed and a ban, and third party members will be handled at the discretion of server staff.
- You may not spawn or move props during the middle of a combat situation, the props must be realistic for their location and must be placed in a realistic fashion.
- Bases which are created to give an extremely unfair advantage during combat are prohibited. (i.e. death funnel bases, crouch bases, head peak bases etc.)
- If you wish to request a permanent kill on another player, you must ensure the kill follows the PK guidelines.
- A situation cannot be deemed voided without UA approval.
- If you know taking an action will result in some sort of In-Character consequence, you may not leave the server for at least 30 minutes afterward.
- Characters should be no younger than 18 years old.
- You may not plan the assassination of your commanding officer for the sole purpose of gaining power. You must have a detailed reason for wanting them dead that is in accordance with PK guidelines.
- You can not mug or kidnap General Ranking Officers as these individuals command fear, respect, and would realistically have guards. A list of approved in-game ranks can be found here LINK
- Do not speak in out-of-character over your microphone, use local OOC instead. Type /looc in front of your message. This rule does not apply in staff situations. Keep OOC free of arguments.
- Creating a movable vehicle out of props is not permitted and will be considered abuse of flags.
- Forgery of documents is considered power-gaming, and is not permitted.
- The act of using an alternate character to avoid repercussions on a different character is not allowed.
- Making use of Out of Character communication to gain an In-Character advantage is considered Metagame.
- Erotic Roleplay (ERP) of any form is prohibited.
- Blatantly ruining the roleplay atmosphere is considered FailRP (Bunny hopping, driving ridiculously modified vehicles, building ridiculous creations, etc.).
- Raids performed on government buildings by approved criminal organizations are to be directly approved and overseen by a member of Upper Administration. Any raids within the above criteria that have not been approved appropriately and overseen by an appropriate member of the staff team are seen as FailRP and RDM for any and all individuals who die during said raid.
- If an individual is detained/tied without continuous sufficient roleplay (being trialed, interrogated, etc.) for 15 minutes, then the individual must be released. If it is found that a player is not being interacted with sufficiently then by staff discretion they can be released.
- A Staff Members’ word is final. If you have a dispute with a staff member’s decision, bring the complaint up with a higher staff member either through direct contact on Guilded, or by making a staff report on the forums. Bans can only be appealed on the forums. Lastly, interfering in a staff situation is prohibited.
- Voice modifiers and sound boards are prohibited unless appropriate media is being used (i.e. marching music, making use of a radio static voice changer while using voice radio, etc.), otherwise it will be considered FailRP.
- You may not run an individual over with your vehicle unless your life is in danger. I.e. the individual(s) are shooting at you or present an immediate life threat. Players who deliberately run towards moving vehicles or show a clear disregard for their own safety by running out into the road and not looking for oncoming vehicles and are then killed as a result would not be classed as VDM.
- You may not use one-way materials or the no-collide feature to make secret entrances in order to gain an advantage over other players.
- Usage of unrealistic props/structures to get to an otherwise unreachable location may be considered FailRP or result in flag removal. For example: Prop surfing, stacking props, pushing players with props. You must construct realistic ladders/bridges that are appropriate to the roleplay.
- Being apart of conflicting investigative organizations (i.e. NSB and MGD) on different characters at the same time is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this can result in one of the characters being force-transferred out.
- The use of family names on the server is permitted, however it should be noted that dynasties/families may only have 3 members in it at a time, meaning that those 3 can be related and have prior knowledge of one another. It should also be noted that the actions of one of your family member(s) can reflect upon you and may be used against you. Only one member within said dynasty/family can hold have a member that is a standing general at once.
- You may not use more than one title or rank in your name. For example, you can not have the name of Major Dr. John Smith. You would simply be Major John Smith. You may put those titles in your description if necessary. Rank and title take precedence over "Dr."
- Do not LTAP/LTARP. If you initiate an RP situation or are in an Admin sit, you may be punished if you decide to leave the game/switch characters to avoid punishment/roleplay. If you crash, be sure to message the handling admin or send a message in the Guilded. Otherwise try and reconnect right away, some admins may wait up to 5 - 10 minutes for someone to reconnect. If you're unsure if it's LTAP/LTARP, wait a minimum of 10 minutes before disconnecting or switching characters.
- All protest/riot events require pre-admin approval. Unapproved events will be considered minging as it causes issues with the Government factions and prevents them from roleplaying.
- Do not abuse any in-game systems or functions that give you unfair advantage. If you find a server glitch that can be abused to obtain an advantage or item/money with no effort, it is your obligation to report the issue as opposed to abusing it. If abused, this can result in serious punishment.
Character Rules
- You must have a realistic roleplay name (First name, Last name. Nickname/middle name is optional) If an Admin deems your name to be non-roleplay based, they may change it with discretion at any time. (FailRP names include: slurs, non-name nouns/verbs, having only a single first name, names of famous characters/persons, etc.)
- Your description must be serious, and contain a proper description of your character. Anything stated within your description is seen as an in-character description of yourself and can potentially be used against you.
- You cannot use IC info in an OOC scenario and vice versa. (This is also known as metagame)
- You must remain in Character at all times, and may not break character to avoid an RP situation, this can be considered FailRP.
- You may not create a new character with the name of an old character that was PK'd. Nor are you allowed to roleplay as the son/brother/father/family member etc. of any of your past characters. Your characters should have zero relation to each other.
- You may not have more than one character that's prominent in both criminal and government organizations. What constitutes being prominent will be applied at the Upper Administration or above’s discretion.
- You cannot use a second character to assume a role you were just permanently killed/removed from. Doing so will result in a severe ban, and a possible char ban. Examples of such would be being PK’d as the head or as a high ranking member of a government, criminal, or civilian organization and then either using a new or already established secondary character to act in the place of your previous character.
- You may not remake your character with the same name in order to change your appearance / description to avoid identification. This is considered metagame and powergaming.
- You may not create a primary or alternate character for the sole purpose of having them as “throw away” or designated “minge” characters. Recurring instances of such will not be treated lightly and will result in a possible permanent kill of the character and/or a severe ban.
- If you're roleplaying as a corrupt government character who is working with a crime organization, you may not have a second character in that crime org as it can lead to metagame/using the government char solely for the benefit of the crime organization.
Life Rules
- You must value your character’s life. This means that you naturally do not want your character to die (FearRP). Breaking this rule can result in a permanent kill, but will not result in warnings/bans.
- You MUST follow NLR after every death. You will not remember anything from the last 15 minutes before your last death in RP nor can you return to the same RP situation. Your character is not actually dead unless it's a PK, and otherwise you will be put back in your spawn location with no recollection of the course of events from the aforementioned 15 minutes leading up to your death. In the case that you have been given a standing order, for example, from a community Guilded server (i.e. a warrant released on a member of your faction or an announcement to meet at a certain location at a specific time), you may return to do so as long as you have waited the new-life-rule time.
- The radius or size of the NLR can vary but generally, it means do not return to the same building or area you were killed. Do not loiter just outside the area and do not go seek the same players to create another situation. Attempting to abuse the NLR system or loophole around the rule is not permitted.
- Individuals are exempt from the "New Life Rule" if:
- There is a public announcement describing the situation that occurred.
- You are invoked in roleplay.
- -Ex: You are called to a trial or are being arrested for the previous roleplay you partook in.
- If you are a surviving witness, you are able to tell the people that were NLR killed what happened. This is all taking into account that your "memory" is refreshed after you died, by someone who witnessed the event that incapacitated you, or by someone who got informed by a witness.
FearRP Rules
- While under FearRP you are required to oblige by the commands of your captor. If you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would then display a disregard for your own safety. This is a calculated risk you took, or a denial to value your own life, which will result in your PK.
- Acting in complete disregard for your life and being killed can result in a PK at staff's discretion.
- If you're holding someone under FearRP and are issuing them orders/warnings to not do something, and they disobey you, then you may kill them; however, it should not be your first choice of action. In this situation, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you must give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, and therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid FearRP or being PK’d (i.e. being AFK).
- You must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (I.E. Reason to forcibly detain, question, kidnap, or mug). Placing someone under FearRP without reason or just to bait a PK is not permitted and may result in a ban or character removal.
- If the player with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight (meaning the player has completely turned away and is not even slightly facing you or has entirely shifted their focus away from you (this is usually at an angle of larger than 90 degrees)), FearRP will no longer be in effect and you may take this window of opportunity to retaliate with little to no risk. (This rule does not apply if you are being mugged by more than one person, as you may choose to retaliate if they retreat but you cannot request a PK on any of them).
- Continually putting yourself into FearRP scenarios in order to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted (Mass Mugging, baiting, shootouts on alt characters, etc.). If staff feel as if you are performing these acts intentionally with no regard for actual roleplay, they may deny your PK requests and/or issue punishments.
- For FearRP to apply with a knife, the perpetrator must be within stabbing distance. (Meaning if they use the knife, they are within distance of stabbing you).
- If you are actively holding a weapon in your hand, FearRP does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R)
- If you are under attack at a more than reasonable distance, you may escape without risk. (Generally measured as about a block away, or any other reasonable distance where you could duck into cover, most commonly recognized as out of voice range)
- When attempting to FearRP a driver or passenger inside a vehicle, you must be within 5 feet of the vehicle, your weapon must be pointed at them as you issue commands for them to exit, and the car must be immobilized, either pitted, unable to move or in a parked position. FearRP does not apply to individuals in a fast moving vehicle.
Mugging Rules
- You may not mug in a public place. You can; however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around). Ex: The victim is alone at night in the middle of an empty street. You initiate a mugging with your firearm and take them to an alleyway so no one stumbles upon the crime. You may not perform the mugging in the street, which is a public area.
- Secluded and non-public areas include; Alleys, dark corners, areas void of other players or NPCs/abandoned buildings (In certain cases when an argument is present regarding the above stated areas, it can be confirmed or denied at the discretion of a staff member).
- You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in RP. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under fearrp' in front of an NPC. Do not target people using NPCs.
- You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed. Likewise you may only make realistic demands, this means you can’t demand something unrealistic that the victim cannot deliver in order to kill them.
- You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are PK'd for mugging and simply create a new character to continue the same actions. This would show you have no regard for actual roleplay.
- You may not kill or attack people for stumbling onto your mugging or witnessing it. You should mug players in secluded locations to avoid being seen.
- You may tie the victim and rob them of the items in their inventory.
- You may NOT mug players who are busy interacting with an NPC.
- Once you have finished mugging a player who has complied with the mugging, you must flee the scene and abandon them. This means you may NOT kill or cripple them unnecessarily. (Shooting them once is not crippling, but leaving them to bleed out is). may not take them as a hostage/kidnapping without a proper RP reason; mugging is not a valid reason for kidnapping/ransom.
- You may not mug the same person within a span of 30 minutes.
- Be cautious! If you are killed while mugging, you have the possibility of being PK'd.
Killing Rules
- You may not randomly kill someone without proper roleplay reason. (RDM)
- You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument. If someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them (Fists, melee weapon) as continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The player then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee, you may not kill them.
- If the player is attacked, they may flee and return later to exact revenge on the assailants as described under killing rule 3.
- If the player is subject to an active threat via knife or gunpoint, they can choose to break FeaRP to retaliate at the risk of a PK or instead leave peacefully; however, they may not return later to attack them without sufficient reason as the previous situation would have already ended. This ultimately would be seen as Revenge RDM.
- In regards to how a user is allowed to react to verbal threats.
- There are two types of threats, an 'Active Threat' and an 'Idle threat'. Players may kill for an active threat, but they may not kill for an idle threat. The difference between the two is situational, but will always pertain if the person making the threats has a weapon in their hand. For example, someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you is an Active threat.
- Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation (Unarmed) is an idle threat.
- You are allowed to react to an Active threat in that moment (Not later when the situation is over), but do be aware that breaking FearRP to kill them and dying can result in a PK.
- If someone is loitering/following/harassing you, you may give them warnings to leave you alone. If they ignore several warnings and continue their actions, you may attack/kill them. (One warning will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them time to react.)
- You may kill in self defense or in defense of your partners/faction/property if deemed appropriate.
- You may not initiate either verbally or with the use of what is seen as an “Active Threat” in order to kill or attack a player in the result of their own defense for an instance that you had started. This is considered baiting and will not be taken lightly in recurring situations where staff must intervene. (Ex: You start an argument with someone and/or punch or shoot them to force a confrontation for the sole purpose of killing them)
- You may kill someone in self defense if they have refused multiple requests or commands under gunpoint to leave your private/faction property (in most cases in the case that the offending player has not had previous similar offenses, it will not lead directly to a PK)
- You may not kill people for witnessing a crime you committed unless they are a witness to a PK you have executed, this is further explained in rule 3 under General Rules. You can threaten them to ensure they do not report it, but you have to be 100% certain that a player has ratted to the authorities before you can take violent action against them In this case you must have what is considered a “Dirt PK” approved on the individual beforehand (Information regarding PK Guidelines can be found here (LINK). Likewise, you cannot kill someone for looking like the person you meant to kill, and you cannot kill innocent bystanders. You must be 100% sure you are shooting the right person.
- Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with the authorities can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking the authorities after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you susceptible to a possible PK. Generally, we do not want people to immediately go for the gun when dealing with authorities, as a result, if you escalate a situation to a shootout, and lose, you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if the authorities fired first or escalated to a shootout. Finally, with the above being stated, acting in direct attempts to bait or RDM with zero intent to roleplay will be met with a punishment accordingly.
- You may not kill or escalate against someone based on inventory sounds. There's no way to know if a player has equipped a gun, unequipped a gun, loaded ammo, equipped a fishing rod or even know where that sound comes from without it being considered a form of metagame.
- You may not kill government authorities for no reason. You may not kill the authorities for simply pulling you over or questioning you. You may not kill the authorities for giving you a lawful order. (Leave the area, put that away, identify yourself, etc.)
- You may retaliate against anyone (including Government Personnel) who are directly and/or openly acting against yourself or others who you have important connections to in-character (i.e. a member of your family or your criminal organization is being placed under FearRP, or is being dragged while detained / kidnapped). It is to be noted that in the case of which you are out-armed or out-numbered, you must act in accordance with FearRP or killing rules.
- A group member is defined as the following, and will largely apply to civilian characters:
- -They are a member of your faction.
- -You must properly know them in character.
- -You may not attack Government authorities or interfere when they are detaining someone you do not know.
- -This does not apply to Government personnel inside of Government Buildings or if your group member is detained inside of a Government building, as this constitutes a raid which MUST be approved by Upper Administration or higher (Government characters, so long as they are acting appropriately, are allowed to find their own means of breaking into said buildings without staff approval as stated in Rule 34 of General Rules)
Metagaming Rules
- Do not speak of in game matters in OOC.
- Do not use OOC terms in IC, this includes both IC text chat and voice chat.
- External and or unapproved platforms are generally considered OOC unless it is owned by Prometheus Networks, and has the channel(s) clearly stated as IC (i.e. The main announcement channels within your specific department(s) or faction(s) which are labeled as “Announcements” or “IC-Announcements” along with document drop-off channels, and frequency channels). Making use of direct messages, OOC channels, or unapproved Guilded servers will be seen as metagame. There will be zero tolerance towards those who are found actively participating in any form of metagame.
- Making use of unapproved Discord servers (including private chats) that are used to subvert the main Guilds under Prometheus Networks will result in a punishment at staff’s discretion
- Submitting video evidence that has been tampered or altered will result in a punishment at staff’s discretion.
- This includes Guilded messages that concern IC issues, or when giving/confirming IC orders.
- When a PK has been approved, the player who requested said PK must be in game in order to pass down the assignment if they wish to hand it down to another person. Guilded or OOC messages are not permitted to transfer orders for the PK, additionally the individual who ordered said PK must be in game while the PK is executed.
- -Ex: The Reichsführer has ordered a PK on a member of the RSHA, the Reichsführer has gotten his PK approved, ordered and/or intends to execute it himself, and will remain within the server until 30 minutes after the PK has been executed.
- All Guilded Voice Channels are considered OOC.
- Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players, you must use in-game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC within a third party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation.
- You cannot call for help within Guilded or any other 3rd party service while being mugged/held under FearRP as you would not realistically be able to contact others while under FearRP.
- You cannot use an OOC reason to PK someone.
- You cannot use OOC terms as a means to get out of an RP situation. Anything said over mic is IC.
- Use /looc or /ooc when you need to speak of ooc matters ingame, making claims such as “I am going to speak oocly” or saying things such as “You’re breaking NLR” “You’re under FearRP” etc. will be seen as FailRP.
- Anything said in-game (not in /ooc or /looc) is IC and must be treated as such.
- You cannot use IC information obtained from one character with another one of your characters, that is metagame.
- Admin sits are not considered IC and any information obtained and used in RP can be considered metagame.
- It is considered metagame for Government Personnel to attempt to arrest people for talking to blackmarket/illegal NPCs. Authorities do not have the knowledge that specific NPC(s) buys or sells drugs, and it's not a valid reason to detain or arrest players approaching it. (Camping the NPC).
- Ways to Identify someone IC'ly:
- -You have their F3
- -They Identify themselves to you, verbally giving you their full name / unique nickname
- -Someone who has their F3 Identifies them to you
- -You have viewed their ID card or searched their person.
- -If someone has committed an offense against you (Act of violence, mugging, etc) you may recognize them based on their voice and clothing for up to 20 minutes afterwards. Players may change clothes or lay low during this time to avoid recognition.
- Members of Intelligence departments, agencies, or criminal factions are to NOT investigate or participate in RP situations that they are involved in, witnessed or reported on a second character as any inter-character cross over is metagame.
Powergaming Rules
- Powergaming is described as forcing some form of roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules to bring advantage over another player either through means of FailRP or OOC material. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include: Attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to kill their own character, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their F3, etc.
- If you are removed from an RP situation or were critically involved, you are not allowed to return on a second character. If you were removed from an RP situation on one character or are involved on a separate character, you cannot return on a second character in an attempt to continue or influence it.
- You may not fabricate evidence to force a roleplay situation nor can you take OOC matters into IC roleplay.
- You may not abuse the /roll to powergame situations.
- You may not plant evidence on players to have them arrested without Admin approval.
Vehicle Rules
- Any in-character laws and regulations regarding vehicles will be enforced by law enforcement regardless of which faction is doing so, an attempt from said individuals to enforce vehicle regulations does not allow you to engage upon them.
- Do not intentionally run over players, target people on sidewalks, crosswalks or in traffic stops for no valid reason or it will be considered VDM. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over, or fail to attempt to avoid them, it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not.
- Do not intentionally minge your vehicle by targeting players or cars at random for ramming. This also includes running around the street damaging cars/tires for no reason other than to bait.
- Do not prop abuse cars to destroy them.
- Do not intentionally explode cars in order to kill people. Blowing up a car that kills a large group of people is considered Mass RDM.
Approved Criminal Organization Rules
- If after acceptance, your organization falls below 5 active people, or you become inactive, the individual in charge of factions may remove your organization at their discretion. Organizations that provide little to no impact towards roleplay, or of whom are inactive can be removed at the discretion of any member of the staff team above or equal to the rank of Super Administrator.
- Organizations that do not follow server rules are susceptible to being terminated by any member of the staff team above or equal to the rank of Super Administrator.
- Organizations may only own up to a maximum of three properties. Properties can be seized by authorities or the government within RP reason. (Crime scene/raid/failure to pay taxes/etc.)
- If we notice properties or fronts not being used, we reserve the right to notify you of such and to take the property away. Don't own the maximum amount if you don't have enough active men to hold the property. An organization with 6 active people doesn't need to own 3 properties.
Prop Rules
- You may not propkill, propsurf, prop block or prop climb.
- You cannot block any doorways or entrances to buildings.
- Players may not entirely block off roadways, or major traffic areas.
- Prop climb includes spawning props out of nowhere in order to reach areas you wouldn't be realistically able to get up to.
- When building dupes or decorating properties, the props must be within the 1942 Germany era and aesthetic.
- Players may slightly extend their property with props by a reasonable amount, but only with staff approval.
- Breaking these rules will result in a ban and/or removal of PET flags.
- Obnoxious or poorly made structures can be deleted by staff members if deemed necessary.
- This is NOT DarkRP. We don't build elaborate prop 'bases' to defend against raiders. As such, any 'DarkRP' type prop builds can be removed at Admin discretion (shooting slits, one way props, floating barriers, elaborate hallways, kill zones, force crouching areas, forced jumping area, non obvious no collided entrances/props or anything unrealistic to a legitimate property).
