The Ministry of Justice is one of the ten Federal Ministries which comprise the Imperial Chancellery. It is headed by the Justice Minister, and generally manages judicial affairs, trials both civil and criminal, and creation of the penal code. They also hold oversight powers over the 'associate courts', namely the Party Administration Courts and Military Courts.
The Justice Minister is currently Manfried von Gottingen, who is also the Chancellor.
