Introduction

The Ministry of Justice is one of the ten Federal Ministries which comprise the Imperial Chancellery. It is headed by the Justice Minister and generally manages judicial affairs, trials both civil and criminal, and creation of the penal code. They also hold oversight powers over the 'associate courts', namely the Party Administration Courts and Military Courts.

Organization of the Ministry

The Ministry of Justice comprises two State Secretaries, one responsible for supervising the judicial matters of the realm and the other for overseeing the affiliated courts, along with one General/Leading Anwalt. Within the ministry, you are able to get employed in the following positions:

  • Anwalt (Lawyer)
  • Richters (Judge)
  • Supreme Court
