Party Ideology

• The Prussian People's Party's ideology is liberal, while remaining indifferent to the monarchy, progressive on taxes, and socially democratic.

• Their economic stance is for the government to observe that wealth should be properly and progressively allocated to ensure that the poor have a chance within the German Empire.

• Their stance on human rights and social policies is that all humans have rights to a life where they are not deprived of economic resources and are given access to public services. They view that immigrant is able to become German, and that the government should assist them to help them thrive.

• Their taxation stance is progressive, with wealthier citizens and aristocrats paying higher taxes than those who earn a lower income.

• Their stance on regulation is a belief that the government should have a strong stance in this field. Intervention into any market or social activity is deemed necessary to ensure equality across Germany.

• Their healthcare stance is that the state would sponsor all government healthcare, which provides exceptional services to citizens and non-citizens.

• Their immigration stance is that any asylum seekers are able to apply for it in the Empire. Anyone who serves the government for six months shall be deemed eligible for citizenship (this includes skilled and unskilled workers). The state would also accept refugees and would help them transition into German society.

• Their firearms stance is that all citizens should be allowed access to self protection by means of handheld pistols. However, anything larger than this should be banned across the board (with exception to policing/military forces).

• Their stance on governance is a view of a strong central government, one that provides checks and balances to ensure citizens are not deprived of their rights. The government would need to ensure that the peoples' welfare is being upheld, and that the spirit of the law is followed.

• Their stance on war is that war is a conflict that harms the lives of citizens who are effected the most. They see peace as an alternative to war in many instances, but would not refuse to fight for the defence of the nation.

• Their foreign relations stance is a view that collaboration across the fields of science and economics are integral parts of growing the global community.

Internal Organization

The leadership organisation of the Prussian People's Party is as follows:

• Vorsitzender - The Chairman of the Party. They direct the Party's objectives, lead party meetings, and are essentially the Party's public figurehead.

• Generalsekretar - The General Secretary is in charge of the day to day operations of the Party, management of the internal organisation, establishing policy and mandates.

• Chef der Weltanschauung - The Worldview chief is responsible for facilitating and flourishing the visions of the Party, especially focusing on helping Party members get elected into government positions.

• Chef der Ehrenwache - The Chief of the Honour Guard oversees the cadre of the Party, and the men who are members of the Honour Guard.

• Direktor der Beobachtung - The Director of Surveilance is in charge of the suppression of internal Party issues and enforcing Party discipline (essentially acting as a Whip).

• Organisationsleiter - The Organisations Leader is in charge of the Orgburo, which oversees the treasury, party employment, recordkeeping and auditing of offices.
