The Imperial Chancellery is the faction closest to its real-world counterpart, with its leadership consisting of the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor.

| The Federal Council is the collection of every Minister with and without Portfolio, roughly analogous to a Cabinet in most countries. They meet fairly weekly to vote on legislation, usually called by the Chairman of the Federal Council.

| At the highest echelon of the Chancellery is the Kaiser, but the day-to-day work of the Council and Chancellery is carried out by the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and Ministers.

| The Federal Council is run by the Prime Minister who is also usually appointed to the position of Chairman of the Federal Council.
