Introduction to the Ruling Council

Koalitiontribunal

The Tribune of the Tribunal of the White Rose shall be the chief legal officer of the Imperial Ruling Party under the supervision of the Ruling Parties Tribunal Chairman, i.e., the Chief of the Imperial Ruling Party.

Kaiserliche Arbeitergilde

The KAG-President shall be the representative of the civilian population within the Ruling Council. The KAG-President shall be subservient to the Chairman of Baumerworks. The Chairman of the Imperial Ruling Party shall direct the ideological alignment of the German Worker. The KAG-President shall be a sitting member of the Chief of the Imperial Ruling Party’s command staff and shall answer to administrative inquiries and shall be directly overseen by the office of the Deputy Chief of the Imoperial Ruling Party. The President is afforded all the rights and authorities necessary to enhance the quality of life and the economic sphere of civilian businesses.

The Imperial Ruling Party Treasurer shall manage the treasury for the Imperial Ruling Party. The Treasurer is the sole authority over all finances under the direction of the office of the Chief of Imperial Ruling Party. The Treasurer shall manage Imperial Ruling Party identification numbers & shall manage the internal administration of the Imperial Ruling Party tier system. The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the Imperial Ruling Party. Specifications for other authorities shall be found within Art.5

Stadtbüro

The District Leader is the regional head of the Imperial Ruling Party for their state or region. The District Leader of the Crown District shall manage regional civil affairs. The Crown District Leader shall direct all regional authorities located within the Crown District. The District Leader shall uphold all authorities and rights that are given in the Law for the Administration of the Capital

Magistrate for Organization

The Magistrate for Organization shall serve as the Secretary of the Imperial Ruling Council. The Magistrate for Organization is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Imperial Ruling Party. All internal administrative affairs of the Imperial Ruling Party shall be headed by the Magistrate, who shall establish subordinate departments to carry out these responsibilities. The Magistrate for Organization shall serve as Principal Private Secretary to the Chief of Imperial Ruling Party and shall manage the internal conduct of Imperial Ruling Party members. Affairs that pertain to the rostering of active members of the Imperial Ruling Party shall be managed by the Magistrate for Organization and the Party Treasurer.

Magistrate for Colonial Policy

The Colonial Policy department shall be the administrator of Imperial colonies in the name of the Imperial Ruling Party. The Magistrate for Colonial Policy is tasked with drafting long-term plans for the administration of our colonies once they are liberated from foreign threats. To accomplish this task, the Magistrate is granted the authority to engage in cultural research, data collection of the status of former colonies, the right to contract corporations for this express purpose, and the right to formulate operational plans with the Imperial War Authority for the liberation of these areas.

Magistrate for Foreign Policy

All Foreign Policy conducted in the name of the Imperial Ruling Party shall be administered by the Magistrate for Foreign Policy. The Magistrate for Foreign Policy is tasked with expanding the ideals and moral teachings of His Majesty to foreign nations. The Magistrate for Foreign Policy is the chief advisor to the Chief of the Imperial Ruling Party in affairs that pertain to Foreign Affairs. The Foreign Policy Office shall be established by the Magistrate to establish offices within nations of key interest.

Magistrate for Municipal Policy

The Magistrate for Municipal Policy is the master of the White Rose Way of Life within areas that have been recently liberated. He shall direct the civil administration’s alignment with the moral teachings of the Sovereign. The Magistrate for Municipal Policy is directed to establish bylaws for occupied regions with regional leaders. The Magistrate for Municipal Policy may appoint regional Imperial Ruling Party Leaders for occupied territories. The Interior & War Minister(s) will be involved in the implementation of the Magistrate’s policies. Policies and oversight of regional Imperial Ruling Party leaders shall be conducted by the Magistrate. The Magistrate shall have a nominal role within the Crown District, but shall not be the manager of the Crown District Leader.

Magistrate for Legal Policy

The Magistrate for Legal Policy is the Chief Legal Scholar of the Imperial Ruling Party and is the chief advisor to the Chairman of the Imperial Ruling Party . All legal policies that are disseminated via the White Rose Imperial Ruling Party shall be enforced by the Magistrate for Legal Policy. The Magistrate for Legal Policy shall advise the Minister of Justice on matters that pertain to the ideological alignment of judicial figures. The Magistrate for Legal Policy shall establish offices subordinate only to the Imperial Ruling Party to shape laws, ensure the alignment of the judiciary, ensure that educational policies released by the Imperial Ruling Party are taught, and ensure that all Imperial Ruling Party members are following the legal teachings of the Sovereign.

Magistrate of War Aid

The Magistrate of War Aid shall be the chief aid to the Imperial Armed Forces from the White Rose Imperial Ruling Party and shall be tasked with supporting the war effort. The Magistrate of War Aid shall be tasked with formulating and establishing organizations that shall be tasked with providing the Imperial Armed Forces with additional economic assistance. The Magistrate shall coordinate all economic assistance with the office of the Treasurer. The Magistrate shall work in tandem with the Minister of Truth to increase national morale in the civilian populace for the war effort. The Magistrate will establish additional procedures with the Minister of War for the implementation and expansion of the office of the Magistrate of War Aid.
