== Introduction to the Ouroboros Foundation ==
The Ouroboros Foundation has been a long standing cornerstone of the Empire, serving as the chief authority on new technology and the occult. They have ensured that every scientific advancement is just that: an advancement of not only the nation, but of the very will of the [[Hendrik Baumer|Kaiser]]. Their presence in public is a rare occurrence, but you’ll know if you see them, donning their infamous lab coats. Know that, when you see a member of the Foundation, you see a man leading Germany’s scientific advancement, pushing the Empire ever forward into a brighter future.

===Advancement of Science:===
There have been many notable advancements carried out by the Foundation. These advancements include a flying aircraft carrier, the ballistic missile, and the assault rifle. The Foundation has also been involved in more mundane technologies, such as the color camera and microchips. Advancements in nuclear technology have even allowed them to control the sun itself, turning its grand power into a weapon that obeys our Kaiser.

===Administration over Scientific Discoveries:===
If there has been a scientific advancement within the Empire, the Foundation has had its hand in it. When it comes to matters of science and technological advancement, all roads eventually lead to the head of the Foundation. It is beneath their watchful eyes that such work is overseen and carried forward, ensuring that every advancement remains proper, just, and beneficial to the Empire and its future.

===Management of the Occult:===
Many things in this world do not make sense, for both the human mind and for Science. Whether it’s strange rocks that are a source of infinite electricity, the Spear of Destiny, or horrific mutants, it is the job of the Foundation to make them make sense. If there is anyone capable of understanding it, managing it, or controlling it, the Foundation can. No matter how strange or impossible it may seem, they will find a way to understand it and, ultimately, bend it to the will of the Kaiser.

===Studies of the Human Condition:===
Surprisingly, the Foundation also studies the human condition. Whether it may be the state of mind of those who do not believe in our Kaiser’s will, or whether that mind can be broken, shaped, morphed, and ultimately fixed. Among their many advancements, they have been able to create the perfect soldier on more than one occasion. Not one who is simply loyal, nor one who merely follows orders, but one who gets things done for the Kaiser and gets things done for his Empire. If you ever need someone brought into the light, someone made to understand the will of our Kaiser, the Foundation has the technology, the ability, and the know-how. I would say you should ask one of the many people they have helped, but, well, '''they helped them so well that you would never even be able to tell.'''
